I am reviewing this product perhaps from a different angle. You see, I am a woman with multiple sclerosis who has lost some sexual function due to lack of sensitivity. Intimate moments can be difficult if orgasm is not possible or orgasm takes too long to attain. Although lovemaking is not a race, there is a certain progression in the process that we all expect. With MS, this progression sometimes does not happen and it can be stressful on a relationship -- even with the most patient of partners.
Surprisingly, I found that K-Y Intense helped me "feel" more and climax with the help of a vibrator. It's been about 2 years since I have been able to really feel aroused during lovemaking and it was a pleasant surprise for myself and my partner.
MS can take a toll on sexual intimacy. I would consider this product a good one for any woman who struggles with MS or any other kind of disorder that alters feeling and ones ability to feel aroused. It definitely assisted my partner in pleasuring me.
Please keep in mind that this product is not a lubricant and is used in a tiny squirt (pea sized). There are only about 20 uses in this little bottle. Don't use it as a lube, it is not meant for that purpose ... it is an "assist" to orgasm. If you need a lube, pick another K-Y product ... this will not serve that purpose and is not meant to.

I feel a wee bit guilty for what I'm about to divulge after reading so many of you reporting disappointment with this product. I would spend TWICE as much for it...it's that much of an improvement for me. I've been noticing that as I've gotten older (40's) I am more orgasmic than I used to be and enjoy sex much more than in the previous decades (what a waste of our 20-something bodies, but I digress). I'm not a big believer in marketing hype so my expectations were well managed before I gave this a solo trial run. I will only say that I could not believe how I responded to this stuff (more details than that would embarrass both of us). I couldn't wait to try it with my husband, so I applied it just before bed and off we went. Phew!! Even better. I do not know exactly how this works, but the sensation is a bit cooling (which I thought I'd dislike), a bit tingly, and then it evolves into something inexplicable. For me, it was a longing sensation that made me feel like I could not get enough. As stated here on other reviews, please be aware that this IS NOT A LUBE. Only use a pea size amount on your clitoris (though I experimented with applying it beyond to the outer parts of my vagina and that was pretty great too!). When I'm happy, he's happy. I'm happy!

My skin is really sensitive, so I worried about putting something that would 'intensify' on probably the most sensitive area ever. But, amazingly enough, follow the directions, (only a small amount), and it doesn't burn, it feels really really good.
Price wise this seemed really expensive, but you only use a small amount, (the directions say a pea size, I was too chicken and used maybe half of that), and the sensation for me lasted more than long enough.
It also came with a little velvety carry pouch, cute but probably not all that necessary considering it's a really discreetly small size tube anyway.
All in all I would definitely purchase this again, it's not an every time sort of thing, but a nice wow to have on hand for a different sensation.
As a side note, many reviewers commented about lube being lube. This is not a lube. I wouldn't use this to slippery up the works, it's not made for that. It's a gel 'intensifier', which means using it as a normal lubricant would most likely only give a burning sensation, not a stimulating sensation.

K-Y Jelly has been around for over 100 years, having been introduced in 1904 by pharmaceutical manufacturer Van Horn & Sawtell. Recently, however, Johnson & Johnson Corporation has been expanding the product line. Among the products they introduced was K-Y Warming Jelly. This product is rather similar to K-Y Warming, but produces even more of a "warming" sensation. Designed to be applied directly to the clitoris, this arousal gel produces a warming and tingling sensation that makes the nerve receptors even more sensitive.
As soon as we got this product we immediately put it to the test, and I must say that I am very happy with it. I found a little bit to be good, and a lot even better. Now, as with most such products, it is important to remember that this product works with your own chemistry. As with many warming products, some women (and even some men!) will find that it produces an unpleasant "burning" sensation, rather than a pleasant warming one - so, be sure to bring a warm, wet cloth along when you first try it. Also, some women will find that it produces a large effect, while other will find it producing a mild effect.
So, what am I saying? What I am saying is that this is a very interesting product, one that worked very well for me, but results may vary. I loved the sensations that K-Y Brand Intense Arousal Gel for Her gave me, finding it to be a real space ride! Try you might like it...a lot!
